Tag you're it...two!

I have some exciting news... I am going to stretch my comfort zone. I have joined the Mixed Media band wagon.. I mean why not I have all the stuff.. just using it in a different way.. RIGHT? Well that is what I am hoping anyway. So here is my mixed media tag.

I used a cute little snowman stamp on some dark blue card stock and cut red cardstock a little bit bigger than the blue to make a frame.

I stamped him in white pigment ink and white embossed over the top of that

I took some of the pigment ink and smooched in on my craft matt and added some water and picked it up with my paint brush and splattered it.. easy peasy..

I took  SNOW MARKER.. and added some snow BIG snow..

I used silver stickles for his buttons and to color in the heart and topped it off with some silver twine

I hope you will join me on this mixed media journey I am going to take by linking up at

Hope you enJOYed my little step out of my comfort zone, and you might be happy to know all my supplies are from Michaels, even the snowman:)

  7. Btw, when you puff up the snow marker, does it remain puffy or can it be pressed down? I'd hate to have puffy goodness get mashed by the post office
