Butterfly Kisses

Over at Less is More they are having a new challenge in which you have to CASE a DT member... This was tough because they are all gorgeous... It is like The Voice  and you have to choose which agent  you are going to have train you... ( well there is really not that much pressure LOL but you get the gist of it) I chose to CASE Anne's card.. isn't it adorable?
Clean and simple but has a big impact... giving the recipient and big surprise in letting them know it is just for them... I love everything about this card. Having the main element in the lower left hand corner, the string and the clean and simple look is what I am going to CASE.

So here is my card.

I used a sentiment stamp that I have had in my stash forever, and stamped it in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Then I die cut  a paper smooches butterfly out of plastic to use as a mask.. (better than paper.... a technique I learned  in an online card class recently). I inked three different colors of Tim Holtz inks Mustard Yellow, Salty Ocean and Peacock Feathers. All of which remind me of Butterflies and Spring. Then I pulled the mask off to reveal and shape of a butterfly.

And the inside says:

So I want to link up my card to Week 216 at Less is more

I was encouraged by a very encouraging person to link up at

I also want to link up at http://www.djkardkreations.com/2015/03/nbus-challenge-4-here-we-go.html Never before used schtuff  ... I never have used the butterfly die the sentiment or the ribbon.

Hope you enJOYed
